I'm looking for a reliable website to help me with Linux Mint questions, can you recommend any?

The best place to start looking for help is probably the Linux Mint Forum:

Within our Forum you can contact Bob Fearnley who has been using it exclusively now for several years.

If you are thinking of trialling Linux for the first time the best you could do is to try either Linux Mint 19.3 or the newer version 20.  Linux Mint is probably has the closest look and feel to Windows of any of the other Linux versions, It is widely used and very well supported.

Get ready to install with this guide.

Download version 19.3 or version 20.0

It's also worth Googling a question, but remember to say which version of Linux you are using.  (eg Linux Mint 20)  Sometimes the answers do not work if the posting refers to an earlier version of Linux.
